Blount Fine Foods is recalling “Blount Signature Soups All Natural New
England Clam Chowder” due to undeclared shrimp.
The product was distributed in Connecticut and Massachusetts through
Shaw’s Supermarkets, Omni Foods, Donelan Market, and Cirelli Marketplace.
The product comes in a 20-oz. plastic cup with a film seal and plastic
lid. The lot code 0424086D and “sell by” date of 6/23/2008 are printed on
the bottom of the cup.
Consumers may return the product to the place of purchase for a full
refund. Consumers with questions may call (800) 274-2526.
