Tyson Foods, Inc., is recalling “Standard Quality Uncooked Fritters, Old
Fashioned Chicken Breast Tenderloins,” “Sysco Uncooked Fritters, Chicken
Breast Tenderloins,” “Heritage Valley Uncooked Steakhouse Chicken Breast
Tenderloin Fritters,” “Spare Time Uncooked Fritters, Chicken Breast
Tenderloins,” and “Tyson Uncooked Chicken Breast Tenderloin Fritters,” due
to undeclared soy.
The products were shipped to Tyson food service distributors nationwide.
The following products are subject to recall:
10-lb. cases of “Standard Quality Uncooked Fritters, Old Fashioned Chicken
Breast Tenderloins” with case code 2523-954 and packaging date 7/23/08.
10-lb. cases of “Sysco Uncooked, Fritters, Chicken Breast Tenderloins”
with a case code 2523-895 and packaging dates 7/24/08 or 7/29/08.
10-lb. cases of “Heritage Valley Uncooked Steakhouse Chicken Breast
Tenderloin Fritters” with case code 2523-398 and packaging dates 7/23/08,
7/24/08, or 8/01/08.
20-lb. cases of “Spare Time Uncooked Fritters, Chicken Breast Tenderloins”
with case code 2523-861 and packaging date 7/23/08.
10-lb. cases of “Tyson Uncooked Chicken Breast Tenderloin Fritters” with
case code 2989-928 and packaging date 7/25/08.
