Pinnacle Foods Group LLC is recalling “ARMOUR Chili with Beans, Original” due to undeclared wheat.
The product was distributed to retail stores in Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia.
The 15-oz. cans come in a case of six with a plastic over-wrap that incorrectly states the product is “Gluten Free,” while the product actually contains wheat. The label bears an “EST. 2AD” number inside the USDA mark of inspection with dates ranging from August 26, 2009 to October 28, 2009.

Mrs. Rios Corn Products is recalling “La Bonita Flour Tortillas,” “La Grande Flour Tortillas,” “Mrs. Rios Corn Products Burrito Tortillas,” “Bernard’s Quality 8 Press Flour Tortillas,” “Bernard’s Quality 6 ½ Press Flour Tortillas,” and “Sanitary Flour Tortillas” due to undeclared milk.
The product was distributed in Texas through convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants.
The following products are being recalled:
La Bonita Flour Tortillas come in a 22-ounce, clear plastic package, 10 count, marked with a “best buy” date between 10/26/09 through 12/11/09 and can be identified by its red label.
La Grande Flour Tortillas come in a 28-ounce, clear plastic package, 12 count, marked with a best buy date between 10/26/09 through 12/11/09 and can be identified by its green label.
Mrs. Rios Corn Products’ 6 count Burrito Tortillas come in a 17-ounce, clear plastic bag with yellow printed company logo and a best buy date from 10/26/09 through 12/11/09. The 12 count Burrito Tortillas come in a 12-ounce clear plastic bag with blue a printed company logo and a best buy date from 10/26/09 through 12/11/09.
Bernard’s Quality 8” Press Flour Tortillas, 11 count, come in a 22-ounce clear plastic bag with green and red Bernard’s Tortillas company logo. This product is packed in a Bernard’s Tortilla Factory box with 24 11-count packages. The best buy date is 10/26/09 through 12/11/09.
Bernard’s Quality 6 ½” Press Flour Tortillas, 20 count, come in a clear plastic package. The 20 count bags are packaged in a Bernard’s Tortilla Factory box with 15 20-count packages per case. The best buy date is 10/26/09 through 12/11/09.
Sanitary Flour Tortillas come in a 20-count and 25-count package. The 20-count package has 14 packages to a case and the 25-count package has 16 packages to a case.

This voluntary recall affects products with the following UPC and manufacturing code:
- Lot # 931AB5YN07 (UPC code 47677 13943)
This voluntary recall is limited to this specific lot number (931AB5YN07) and was distributed only in the United States, and specifically to the following states: Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Chocolate Chip Ice Cream” due to undeclared wheat.
The tubs were mispackaged with lids describing the product as “Breyers®
All Natural Cookies and Cream Ice Cream” and the tub portion describing
the product as “Breyers® All Natural Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.” The
product inside the tubs is “Breyers® All Natural Cookies and Cream,” which
contains wheat.
The mispackaged product was distributed through retail stores in these
locations and adjoining areas: Alabama, Arizona, Delaware, Florida,
Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico,
South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and Trinidad.
